Process and manufacturing expertise for complete plants

For decades Hymmen has proven its competence in handling entire
production processes. This includes the engineering and the realisation of compact production lines with 10-20 meters length as well as huge plants with production lines of more than 200 meters length overall.

This process know-how is complemented by the proven in-house production of individual machines used in the production of veneer plywood and cross laminated timber, as well as the integration of entire plants and the corresponding control technology.

Applications and technical data

Hymmen technologies can be used for the production of a wide variety of products. These include veneer plywood as well as solid wood plates and LVL with 3 or 5 layers up to 2,300 mm panel width and up to 6,000 mm panel length. Depending on the production process, an individual press pressure can be used.
